How does the service work?

A specific list of household tasks will be shared with you. You must provide the equipment (broom, moppe and vacuum cleaner to the cleaning staff). On the other hand, we supply the products (ecological). The cleaning staff will come to your home on a regular basis to perform these tasks.

Can I add more tasks?

Our services are flexible, however you need to discuss this with a representative of our company to better understand your needs. Additional fees may apply in some cases.

Will it always be the same person?

Ideally, Spotless Cleaning will make sure you always select the same person for your household. This aims to ensure a sense of trust, regularity and consistency in our services, hence the reason for opting for a regular service in the medium/long term.

Do I need to be there?

It is recommended that you be present at the first service in order to meet the cleaning professional and share your expectations. Other times, you can leave us a key or code to access your home, not to mention the one for the alarm, if any.

What happens if I go on vacation?

Your services will be put on hold until you return.

How do we pay?

We accept the following payment methods: Interac transfer / Check / Credit card. The amount established is payable at the end of each benefit. If you opt for a punctual and regular service, you are asked to pay a maximum of two (2) payments: Half before starting the service and the balance within the next 30 days.
